The signing MoU with the Royal Bhutan Police
The Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) between the Royal Bhutan Police and the National Commission for Women and Children was signed during the Senior Police Officers Conference held in Phuntsholing.
The officers were also sensitized on the Standard Operating Procedure on Case Management for Women and Children in Difficult circumstances.
In accordance with the decision of the 57 th HRC Meeting held on 30 th October 2017, the National Commission for Women and Children(NCWC) is pleased to announce the following vacancy under ESP category:

The applicant should have attained minimum of 18 years and not more than 50 years of age.

Result of consultancy selection on translation
National Commission for Women and Children upon completion of the tendering process following the government procurement procedures and process has selected M/s Bhutan Legal Eagles for the consultancy work for the Translation of the Guidelines for Accreditation of Shelter Home for Women and Children in Difficult Circumstances, Guideline for Child Adoption 2017, CRC Concluding Observation and two Optional Protocol and CEDAW Concluding Observation.
The office would also like to thank other consultancy firms namely Vajra Consultant,RL Consulting House and Bhutan Translation Services for their participation and hoping to participate in future when there is any consultancy work.
