Dzongkha development training by DDC

“ Change your language and you change your thoughts” Karl Albrecht

Dzongkha Development Commission(DDC) conducting Dzongkha training for NCWC staff for two days (7 and 8th September, 2017). The program starts by welcoming the DDC team by NCWC Director and graced by Secretary of DDC by reminding the importance of Dzongkha Language.
