Efforts to containing the COVID-19 are vital, but they are also exposing children to increased risk of violence - including maltreatment, gender-based violence, and sexual exploitation. Towards this, the National Commission for Women and Children with support from the UNICEF conducted 3-day workshop from 1st-3rd September 2021 in Paro on Ending Violence Against Children with all the stakeholders working for children. The workshop prepared a comprehensive strategy in rolling out Ending Violence Against Children Campaign, focusing on prevention and behavior change.
