Training on Early Identification and Safe Referral (EISR) to the Scouts Focal and Media Person

The National Commission for Women and Children, with support from Save the Children Bhutan Country Office, conducted two days training on Early Identification and Safe Referral (EISR) to the scout (and media) focal persons from different Dzongkhags and also to the officials from Scouts and Culture Education Division under Department of Youth and Scouts, Ministry of Education from September 6-7, 2021 in Paro. The training is aimed to equip the participants on the child protection system in Bhutan and how to respond and safely refer to service providers on child protection issues.
