National Commission for Women and children is pleased to invite bids from eligible National Consultancy Firms/ National Consultant holding valid trade license for consultancy to establish the Toll Free Helpline.
The last date of submission is oct 25,2017 before 10 am and it will be opened on the same date at 2 Pm.
