1. Civil Service Employment Application Form (Form 4/1 of BCSR 2018)
2. Curriculum Vitae/Resume
3. Copy of Academic Transcripts (Class XII, Bachelors and PGDE if applicable)
4. Any Certificates of Merits/achievements
4. Copy of Citizenship ID Card
5. Copy of Medical Fitness Certificate
6. Valid Online Security Clearance Certificate
7. No Objection Certificate, if employed
