National Commission for Women and children is pleased to invite bids from eligible National Consultancy Firms or National Consultant holding valid trade license for Consultancy to develop the Toll Free helpline Standard Operating Procedure for Women and Children in Difficult Circumstance.
The last date of submission is Nov 2,2017 before 10 am and it will be opened on the same date at 10 am.
