The National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) would like to invite Expression of Interest from interested eligible Regional Consultants to draft the Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) on Management and Referral of Cases of Women and Children in Difficult Circumstances. The Expression of Interest along with technical and financial proposal should be submitted on or before 25th May, 2015.
